Refund Policy

At Guardian K9 Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven dog training services designed to strengthen the bond between dogs and their handlers. Because each training program reserves dedicated time and resources for your dog, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Missed Sessions

Clients are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. If you need to miss a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule based on trainer availability, but make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

• All training sessions are missed, and no instruction or services have been provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partial attendance or missed sessions

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction due to lack of follow-through on recommended training methods

Our trainers are dedicated to your dog’s progress, and consistent participation is essential for success.
