My Story
Hi, I’m Byron, a professional dog trainer with a passion for helping dogs and their people build strong, lasting bonds. I’ve been working as a dog trainer at the Dog Club for the past year, gaining hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and training needs from basic obedience to more advanced work.
Before stepping into the world of dog training, I proudly served in the United States Army as a 31K (Military Working Dog Handler), where I learned discipline, teamwork, and the incredible capabilities of working dogs. My military experience taught me not only the technical skills of dog handling but also the deep trust and connection that can be formed between handler and canine.
I also hold a certification in Dog Behavior from the Center for Canine Psychology and Training (CCPT), where I studied the science behind canine learning, communication, and behavior modification. I also hold 3 certificates in dog leash reactivity, K9 enrichment and polite dog course through Instinct K9 training college. I strive to maintain modern and up to date training techniques daily. My training style is balanced, respectful, and tailored to fit each dog’s unique personality and your specific goals.
